LHC moved against PM disqualification plea

LAHORE - The Lahore High Court has been moved through a writ petition to counter the earlier filed writ petition against Prime Minister Yousuf Raza Gilani.The instant petition has been filed by M Afaq to question the petition which another Advocate Allah Buksh Gondal had filed before the court to seek disqualification of the PM and a high treason case against him allegedly for neglecting his duties towards protecting the Constitution and allowing its subversion by means of defying the orders and directions passed by the superior judiciary.
