ISLAMABAD: CJP Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry on Wednesday constituted a 17-member full Supreme Court bench to hear the government’s review petition against the NRO judgement from October 13. The court will also hear the implementation of the NRO case the same day. During the hearing of a case on Wednesday, the CJP said hearing of the 18th Amendment case would be completed until today (Thursday) and the 17-member full court would start hearing the government’s review petition on October 13. Earlier, on September 27, during hearing of the NRO implementation case, the government had requested the court to adjourn hearing of the implementation case until a final decision of its review petition against the December 16, 2009 judgement of the apex court on the NRO. The court had then adjourned hearing of the NRO implementation case until October 13, holding that it would start hearing on the review petition the same day (October 13).
