Staff Report
LAHORE: The Lahore High Court (LHC) has called a report from the Minorities Affairs secretary on a petition challenging the alleged irregularities in the allotment of flats by the Evacuee Trust Property Board (ETPB).
The petitioner, Aftab Maqsood advocate, submitted that the ETPB had constructed flats on 80-Lawrence Road to rent them out. The petitioner said he twice applied for the allotment of a flat on rent, but he was informed that the ETPB had already stopped the process of renting out flats.
