Milestone Announcement: Possession Handover Date Unveiled for Plots in LDA City’s Jinnah Sector C-Block
In a joint announcement on Thursday, Commissioner Lahore and Lahore Development Authority (LDA) Director General (DG) Muhammad Ali Randhawa revealed the much-anticipated date for the possession handover of plots in Jinnah Sector C-Block. A reliable source shared this significant news on December 29.
The upcoming possession distribution, scheduled for this Saturday, marks the commencement of the first phase. Over 1,500 plots in C-Block, varying in size from 5 to 10 marlas and one to two kanals, will be granted to their rightful owners. A pivotal meeting presided over by Commissioner Lahore addressed the crucial matter of granting possession, solidifying the commitment to progress in LDA City’s Jinnah Sector.
Spanning over 1,200 kanals, C-Block offers diverse facilities, including a park, sports complex, cricket stadium, and various amenities. Noteworthy advancements include the ongoing construction of Chenab Road’s tower, with finishing touches in progress, and the facilitation center rapidly taking shape.
Both high-ranking officials affirmed that advertisements for acquiring the remaining lands in Jinnah Sector will be released shortly. Emphasizing their commitment to fulfilling the directives of the Punjab Chief Minister, they assured that administrative concerns regarding LDA City’s plots have been effectively addressed. This announcement signifies a crucial milestone in the ongoing development of LDA City and sets the stage for further progress in the region.
