DHA Gujranwala Unveils a Step-by-Step Guide for Sector C & G Possession


Gujranwala's Defence Housing Authority (DHA) has recently shared a comprehensive guide detailing the process of obtaining possession in Sector C & G. This informative guide, presented through an instructional video on the official Facebook page on November 20, aims to assist individuals in navigating the possession acquisition process smoothly.

Here is a breakdown of the possession procedure:

Step 1: Submission of Initial Documents Begin by submitting the following documents:

  • Two possession forms
  • Photocopy of the allotment letter
  • Photocopy of CNIC

Step 2: Submission of House Drawing and Soil Test Next, proceed with the submission of the proposed drawing of your house and provide a report of the original soil test.

Step 3: Further Documentation In this step, you'll be required to provide the following items:

  • Demarcation form
  • NOC from Finance
  • Undertaking of own water supply and stacking of material and temporary hut
  • Copy of the paid challan for possession charges
  • Photocopy of drawing approval letter by DHA
  • Undertaking for a temporary electric connection in the water supply line

Step 4: Water and Sewage Connection Application Submit the application form for water and sewage connections, along with the original and photocopy of the paid challan for water and sewerage connection. Include two photographs of the house and photocopies of the site plan, CNIC, and paid bill.

Step 5: Completion Certificate Application Conclude the process by submitting an application to the Director of Building Control, including photographs of the house and two approved drawings on ammonia print. Also, include the original paid challan for the completion certificate fee, along with photocopies of the paid challan for water and sewerage, DHA letter for water and sewerage connection, and CNIC.

Note: The entire possession process is anticipated to be finalized within 30 days.
