Lahore Smart City 2nd Ballot Date Updates & Important Notice by Management (LSC) | 10th Feb 2023
Management of Lahore Smart City feel immense pleasure to thanks all its members and sales partners for showing enormous response in getting acknowledgment receipts of First Balloting of Overseas One & Executive One.
We further acknowledge that still numerous members are willing to deposit the requisite amount to be part of first balloting, since this was based on first come first serve basis, those members who were not able to get the acknowledgment receipts due to unavailability, can take part in 2nd balloting.
Starting from 13th February 2023 till 28th February 2023, company will start issuing acknowledgment receipts for 2nd balloting. All those members who will deposit minimum 50% payment, will be given priority and selection in 2nd balloting. All those who will pay 40% will be given priority in 2nd balloting, however, they will not be given option for selection.
It is also important to note that in 2nd balloting selection criteria will be +75% if members do not opt for selection of plot between 13th to 28th February 2023.
Please note that this is also based on first come first serve basis, therefore, do not wait for last days. Dates for 2nd balloting will be announced soon.
