Nabeel Gabol said that Gwadar Port will be Formally Operational on Dec14, 2008 and ECC has instructed TCP to import one third of Urea and Wheat from Gwadar Port. He also mentioned that Cement Manufacturers were allowed to export cement from Gwadar Port at their own request.
