Residents Demand Early Repair of Sohan-Koral Service Road
he residents in the suburbs of the federal capital have asked for early repair of Sohan-Koral Eastern Service Road, linking Allama Iqbal Town, Khanna, Ghouri Town and Koral localities.
Residents have also demanded to demolish ever increasing encroachments on either side of the road. Mushroom growth of marriage halls and illegal occupation of milkmen on both sides of road are major hindrance to the smooth flow of traffic.
As per government official, the service road should be widened and some underpasses to be built to accommodate the ever-increasing number of private and public service vehicles. Due to this dilapidated road, women, motorists and patients suffer a lot while travelling on this road.
