Islamabad: Federal Government Employees Housing Foundation (FGEHF) has launched a housing scheme for federal government employees and other specified groups on ownership basis.

As many as 3,153 kanals of private land at Mouza Sakrilla, Bobri & Phulgran in Bhara Kahu, Islamabad has been transferred in the name of Housing Foundation.
Layout Plan of the scheme catering 3253 plots of different categorize is approved by CDA and NOC in this regard has been issued. Just recently, Land Acquisition Collector has issued the notification under section-4 of LAC act 1894 for acquiring additional 6932 kanals 09 marlas more land at Mouza Sakrilla for extension of the above said housing scheme to accommodate additional 10,000 registered members out of 32000 (approximately) federal government employees of Housing Foundation for allotment of plots.

A G+14 storey apartment scheme, namely Lifestyle Residency in G-13/1&4, Islamabad has been planned, to accommodate more then 2000 registered members also.

An NOC for height clearance have been received from CAA, PAF, & Architectural Plans have been approved by Directorate of Emergency & Disaster Management, CDA.

The Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) report of the project has been received from Pakistan Environmental Protection Agency (Pak EPA), and forwarded to CDA, as required for approval of layout plan. T

he scheme shall be ready for launch immediately upon approval of plan by Capital Development Authority.
