KARACHI: In a bid to invigorate Pakistan's economy, Vision Group has announced the construction of Parkview Beach Resort, a luxurious five-star beachfront property situated a mere 50 kilometers from Karachi, nestled between the provinces of Sindh and Balochistan.

During the grand unveiling of the project, the Senate Chairman Sadiq Sanjrani underscored the significance of fostering self-reliance and faith in the country's capabilities to surmount adversities and pave the way for development and stability.

He accentuated the role of projects such as the Parkview Beach Resort in contributing to this greater national objective.

Furthermore, Sanjrani urged the populace of Balochistan to collaborate with the investor community, leveraging their expertise to collectively advance the nation's economic growth agenda.

With its strategic location, the Parkview Beach Resort is poised to become a magnet for visitors from all corners of Pakistan.

The Senate chairman's emphasis on fortified infrastructure reverberated with Governor Sindh Kamran Tesori, who lauded the efforts behind the resort and articulated his anticipation for similar transformative projects that would uplift Karachi, Balochistan, and beyond.

Vision Group Chairman, Abdul Aleem Khan, revealed ambitious plans to extend investment initiatives along the sprawling coastal belt, spanning from Karachi to the burgeoning port city of Gwadar.

In a demonstration of foresight, Khan accentuated the resort's potential to generate employment opportunities for the youth in Sindh and Balochistan, offering a pathway to prosperity.

His vision extends beyond this singular project; he envisions a tapestry of similar developments woven throughout Pakistan.

His next endeavour is set to grace the pristine Naltar area in Gilgit-Baltistan.

These commitments underscore his resolute determination to bolster the nation's economic prosperity.

Crucially, Aleem Khan was keen to emphasise that the Parkview Beach Resort transcends mere financial transaction as it embodies a commitment to national service. In a rallying call to overseas Pakistanis, he extolled the profitability and growth potential of Pakistan's real estate sector, inviting them to participate in its ascendancy.

Former Sindh governor Imran Ismail opined that the Parkview Beach Resort is emblematic of the nation's potential for growth and transformation.
