LDA auction of plots tomorrow

LAHORE: An open auction of 29 plots by the Lahore Development Authority will be held tomorrow (Monday) at 10.00am at the LDA Community Centre, New Muslim Town, Lahore.

The auction includes 22 commercial plots situated on prime locations of Johar Town, Jubilee Town and Gujjarpura as well as seven residential plots of Sabzazar and Jubilee Town. Details about the area and earnest money for participating in the auction can be obtained from Deputy Director, Sales and Allotments, LDA or by visiting LDA’s website http://www.lda.gop.pk.

Similarly, the LDA has warned of the cancellation of allotment of those plots which were situated on clear area of LDA Avenue-I Housing Scheme but allottees had not yet deposited full cost/price of these plots.

The LDA has urged all such allottees to avail the last opportunity to deposit the remaining prices of their plots by 30th of June 2014 along with penalty.
