Murree road will be renovated and beautified

Rawalpindi- Decision has been taken for complete remodeling of Murree road after the completion of Metro Bus Project (MBP).
The construction company constructing MBP will pay Rs 220 million on account of compensation to Rawalpindi Development Authority (RDA) for repair and beautification of Murree road in the wake of wear and tear caused during the work on MBP. This amount will be spent on tree plantation on both sides of Murree road and establishment of culture center to highlight the culture of the country. The intersection will be beautified and roads will be carpeted. Lights will be installed and green houses will be constructed on both sides of Murree road.
