Buildings of defaulters can be sealed, says CDA spokesman

ISLAMABAD: Spokesman for Capital Development Authority (CDA) Ramzan Sajid told Daily Times that the authority had decided to launch a campaign against the building owners who were not paying the outstanding dues. He said against them cases could be filed in courts and their buildings could also be sealed.
