Shahbaz sees 'bloody revolution'
Chief Minister Punjab Shah-baz Sharif Thursday said terrorism had rocked the very foundation of the country but the menace could not be rooted out overnight. He also said that a bloody revolution was approaching just around the corner.
Talking to private TV channel, he warned the people for getting ready to face the worst. “We must prepare ourselves to cope with the trying circumstances,” he remarked.
Shahbaz described the people involved in terror activities as neither the Muslims nor the Pakistanis.
He said the failure to take steps aimed at resolving the issues concerning the masses would result in revolution heading towards Karachi from Sukkur and from Muzaf-fargarh to Lahore.
To counter the present day challenges, he said, “There is an urgent need to devise a strategy and set the direction at the government’s level.”
