LDA To Auction Commercial And Residential Plots

Lahore: The Lahore Development Authority (LDA) is all set to auction commercial and residential plots in Jubilee Town, Sabzazar Town, Mustafa Town, Gujjarpura, and Allama Iqbal Town. The public auction will be held at the LDA’s Community Centre in New Muslim Town, Lahore on Thursday, June 21, 2014.

Participants of the auction will be required to deposit demand draft/pay order of a certain amount against each plot in the name of Director General LDA in National Bank of Pakistan. This amount will only be refunded to those who will not win any plot in the auction.

Every auction winner will have to submit one-third of the plot’s total auction value either at the time of auction or within the seven days of auction.
