He expressed his views in meeting with Chaudhry Shujaat Hussain and Chaudhry Pervaiz Elahi at the President Camp office today. Issue of president’s impeachment also came under discussion in the meeting. The president said he would not resign on this occasion and said he was elected by the Parliament as President for five years and would continue to play his constitutional role for the country. President Musharraf said he would face the impeachment motion of the ruling coalition. Chaudhry brothers assured the president of their full cooperation and support in this regard. Meanwhile, PML-N spokesman rejected allegations of President Musharraf against Nawaz Sharif and said people were aware who was responsible for this political chaos. “President has already been impeached on February 18 but few formalities are now left,” he added.
