KARACHI: The State Bank of Pakistan notified Friday the change of name of ‘Saudi Pak Commercial Bank Limited’ to ‘Silk Bank Limited’ with effect from June 1, 2009.
This change has been notified by the central bank in exercise of the powers conferred on it (SBP) by clause © of sub-section (2) of Section 37 of the SBP Act, 1956. staff report
