CDA Announces Affordable Housing Projects for Overseas Pakistanis
Islamabad: Affordable housing projects for Pakistanis abroad have been launched as a joint venture between the CDA and the Government of Pakistan.
The Niloa Overseas Residencia Phase 1 housing project has been launched in collaboration with the Capital Development Authority (CDA) and the Government of Pakistan. The project is his 779 sq ft two-bedroom apartment on Lehtrar Road, Zone IV, Islamabad.
Overseas Pakistanis can submit applications through the online portal from 25 February 2023 to 31 March 2023. Computerized voting will take place on April 15, 2023. CDA and the government will jointly oversee the project. According to the eligibility criteria set by the CDA, any Pakistani foreign citizen holding a valid NICOP/Pakistan origin card is eligible to apply. All payments are made in US dollars.
