CDA Indentified 64 commercial and residential units illegal in E-11
Islamabad: The Capital Development Authority (CDA) has declared a total of 64 residential and commercial projects in Sector E-11 illegal, according to a news source. The civic body has also instructed the developers to immediately stop construction work at site or legal action would be taken against them.
In order to help people avoid making bad investment decisions, the CDA has warned them not to invest in the illegal projects, and to get any project’s status verified by the civic authority before they incest in it. The approval status of projects can be checked by visiting the CDA office or by checking through the CDA Online Complaint & Query Management System available at their official website. In addition to that, the required information can also be requested through email from dir.bcs2@cda.gov.pk.
