Total length of ring road southern loop is 22.4 KM dual carriageway having six interchanges and eighteen bridges.It will be completed in August 2016. Main beneficiaries of ring road are DHA Phase-9, DHA Rahber, Lake City, Khyaban-i-Amin, Valencia and Fazaya housing schemes. For overseas Pakistanis, Lake City is the best place to live in this area. Average price of 500 square yards plot is around 10 million rupees at present. Since the construction have already started in this area, prices are likely to rise sharply after the completion of Ring Road
