Development work to begin in CDA Sector C-15 - Salman - 04-06-2016 05:10 PM
Islamabad: Development work is expected to commence within a month in the Capital Development Authority (CDA)’s Sector C-15.
According to Sky Marketing Chief Executive Officer Usman Alam, machinery has already been moved to the site and development will start soon.
Currently, the average rate of a 1-kanal plot in Sector C-15 is PKR 13 million while the average rate of the same-sized plot in a neighboring society is PKR 40 million, stated Alam.
Rates in Sector C-15 are expected to rise once development work progresses.
