ISLAMABAD: The Capital Development Authority (CDA) has finalised the project of building a slaughter house in the city. The slaughter house would be presented to the CDA- Development Working Party on the 22nd. According to reports, the CDA administration has decided to work seriously on the project of building a slaughter house in the city and has allocated 10 acre of property in Sector I11for this purpose. The proposed slaughter house is estimated to a cost of Rs 100 million. Initially the CDA has allocated Rs 50 million for the project. The project would be completed within a year. Prior to this, the CDA has planned to build the slaughter house in Sector H9, however, due to the objection of the educational institutions the site of the project has been changed.
