Lahore : Crackdown – 146 Shops Demolished
Lahore – A crackdown against encroachments and illegal possessions has been started by administrative authorities in Lahore. On the very first day of action, around 46 shops were demolished. Various permanent encroachments in front of shops were also removed.
On the directions of DCO, Dr. Ahmad Javed, nine towns of Lahore have been divided into three zones for conducting a crackdown against encroachments.
Another grand operation will be started by City District Government and Traffic Police against encroachments and illegal parking stands to ensure the smooth flow of traffic.
