PML-N submits resolution against Punjab Governor - Lahore_Real_Estate - 12-13-2010 01:14 PM
LAHORE: PML-N submitted a resolution in the Punjab Assembly against Punjab Govenor Salman Taseer for going abroad without notification.
The resolution was submitted by PML-N member Dr.Yasmin. It was stated in the resolution that Taseer went abroad without notifying anyone, due to which his office remained vacant for several day, which was unconstitutional.
Further stated in the resolution was that the Punjab Governor was guilty of violating the constitution and therefore the president should dismiss him and lodge a reference against the matter.
