Plot cancellation notices to defaulters of G-14 allottees
ISLAMABAD: Federal Government Employees Housing Foundation (FGEHF) has served cancellation notice on defaulters of Sector G-14 plots’ allottees.
An official of the foundation told this news agency that the notices had been served according to rules, as some allottees had not deposited their installments since long.
He said nearly 500 allottees were defaulters and Rs 400 million were due against them. He said the foundation had to pay the amount to Islamabad District Administration for payment of compensation to the affectees.
The allottees have expressed their concern over 15-day short notice period and termed it an injustice. They demanded that the foundation extend the deadline.
CDA MPO Directorate: Capital Development Authority (CDA) has decided to shift offices of its MPO Directorate to Sector H-11 from Green Belt of Kashmir Highway, while PC-1 of this project has been approved.
According to details, 27 acres land has been allocated for the offices and workshops of MPO Directorate and Rs 300 million would be spent on this project. online
