ISLAMABAD: Wafaqi Mohtasib has directed the Capital Development Authority (CDA) for application of unified refund policy for those allotted plots and flats in Sector I-15.
The Mohtasib has given the judgment on a petition of the Human Rights Society of Pakistan (HRSP). HRSP Secretary-General A M Shakoori told APP on Sunday that the HRSP had approached the Wafaqi Mohtasib for a ruling against CDA’s ‘unjust and unfair’ refund policy for I-15 plot owners.
