LAHORE: Justice Ijazul Ahsan on Monday issued notices to the authorities concerned on a petition against the delay in the construction of Mughalpura underpass and also ordered the Lahore district nazim to appear on December 15. The ministries of Railways, Transport, Health, Communication and Works and the Punjab chief secretary have been made respondents in the petition. Azhar Siddique moved the petition, saying that the overhead bridge and underpass were planned to be completed by the end of September. staff report
