ISLAMABAD: Following directives of Supreme Court (SC), Behria Town Chairman Malik Riaz appeared before the court of District and Sessions Judge Mazher Hussain Menhas on Tuesday in a murder case. The court recorded the statement of applicant Shaukat Mehmood and witnesses Sharif, Aamir, Altaf and Zaman. The applicant had registered an FIR of murder of Muhammad Fayaz with Sihala Police Station. Meanwhile, Margalla police arrested tow security guards of Malik Tabarak Hussain Bari on charge of brandishing weapons. Later, they were released after furnishing licences of their weapons. staff report
