LAHORE: A fisherman lost an eye and was badly injured when Multan landlord set his dogs on him for not giving him fish free-of-cost, a private TV channel reported on Tuesday. Ghulam Qadir had allegedly ordered Abdul Ghaffar, a resident of Jalalpur town, to give him free fish out of his catch every day. On Ghaffar’s refusal, the accused tied him down and set seven of his dogs on him. The dogs reportedly chewed off Ghaffar’s face, taking out an eye and leaving him badly injured. He was admitted to a hospital, where he is said to be in critical condition, the channel reported. APP quoted police as saying that the accused has been arrested. daily times monitor/app
