LAHORE
THE Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf has reduced the price of roti to Re1 and Naan to Rs3 at its Sasta Tandoors for Ramazan.
The PTI would also set up more tandoors in different areas of the provincial metropolis to benefit the deserving, said Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf, Lahore, President Mian Mehmoodur Rasheed while talking to the media during the visit to Sasta Tandoor on Friday.
He said the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf had launched a mission to serve the masses and selling cheap Roti and Naan was a part of this drive.
He condemned the provincial government for stopping the supply of flour to subsidised tandoors during Ramazan and said it amounted to the government apathy towards masses. He said both central and provincial governments had practically failed to ensure supply of essential commodities to people and maintaining prices under control during Ramazan.
