The Islamabad Traffic Police (ITP) issued ticket to son of the prime minister for violating traffic rules on Sunday night, the sources told ‘The News’ here on Monday.
Musa Raza Gilani, son of Prime Minister Yusuf Raza Gilani, was heading towards Prime Minister’s House in his vehicle (LEC-411) with high-beam when patrolling officer Assistant Sub-Inspector Liaquat Ali, riding ‘Uqab’, intercepted him and informed him that he committed traffic violation, the sources said.
Upon this the rider of the vehicle introduced himself as Musa Raza Gilani, son of Yusuf Raza Gilani, but didn’t hesitate in getting fine ticket and left the place patiently. SSP (Traffic) Dr Sultan Azam Temuri when contacted by ‘The News’ confirmed the report and said that this is a good omen that son of the prime minister behaved as a good citizen. He said that this stance of Musa Raza Gilani strengthened the concept of equal implementation of law.
