People wade through rainwater flooding the streets outside their houses on Sunday. Torrential monsoon rain killed at least 30 people on Sunday and left most of the port city without electricity. The rain flooded low-lying parts of the city, damaging hundreds of houses, downing power lines and inundating power grid stations. reuters
