LAHORE

DIRECTOR General Lahore Development Authority Omer Rasul on Saturday said that more than four hundred cases, which were pending so far at ‘One Window Cell’ of LDA, would be disposed of in the next four days.

Receiving public complaints at One Window Cell, he said a setup had been established in LDA’s office at Johar town. The Director General passed on-the-spot orders for taking necessary actions on cases pertaining to transfer of plots, approval of building plans and other related affairs and ensured instantaneous implementation of these orders by the officials.

Meanwhile, he also launched a project for linking all offices of LDA through computer networking. On completion of this project, the movement and tracking of applications, received at One Window Cell, will be carried out through computer.

Applications will be forwarded to the concerned directors through the computer, and reports of actions taken on them will also be received through this medium. The LDA officers were also briefed about the working of this project.
