The inquiry into the allotment of several kanals of land to a contractor by a former director of Saidpur Model Village has been ordered. Sources in the CDA told this agency here on Tuesday that CDA (Construction and Procurement) Director General Mohammad
Zaman has been appointed as inquiry officer and he has sought all the record in this connection. Sources said that it had been brought to the notice of CDA chairman that the former director allotted several kanals of CDA land to a contractor against his powers.
