ISLAMABAD: The cine-goers of Islamabad are enduring the absence of any entertainment facility of their choice in the city for the last six years.

The fun loving people used to go to neighbouring Rawalpindi for satisfying their aesthetic sense, as the two cinemas of the capital have not surprisingly been working for the last six years. The two buildings of Melody and NEFDEC cinemas are giving a deserted look.

Additional Secretary Ministry of Culture Akram Shaheedi said National Theater including two cinema houses would be constructed as early as possible. app
