KARACHI: Abacus Consulting has started implementing SAP, a software solution, at Fauji Fertiliser Bin Qasim Limited (FFBL) to integrate its finance, accounting, sales and distribution, production & planning, quality management and other functions, allowing it to streamline operations and improve efficiency significantly.
“At FFBL, we want to use SAP to realise our goal of maintaining the spirit of excellence to remain among the best companies for delivering competitively priced quality products, achieving sustainable growth in all activities and generating optimum profits to the satisfaction of all stakeholders,” a press release quoted Lt Gen (Retd) Anis Ahmed Abbasi, Chief Executive of FFBL, as saying.
Abacus Consulting CEO, Asad Ali Khan said that the SAP will support FFBL’s management to integrate policies with processes and drive process changes across the organisation. He said SAP would allow the management to gain access to real time visibility of data and critical information, thereby achieving high business profitability.
