LAHORE (PR) - The Lake City Holdings (Pvt) Ltd held the ground-breaking ceremony of M-7 in Bella Vista Phase-III while its Chairman Javed Iqbal was the chief guest on the occasion.
The M-7 in Bella Vista Phase-III balloted on Jan 19, 2009, will have 902 plots of 5, 7 and 10 marlas along with four major parks and is being expected to be delivered in two and a half years. However the project work is scheduled to be completed by March, 2011, six months ahead of its schedule.
Lake City CEO Gohar Ejaz and other official also attended the ceremony. The project features all the benchmarks of Lake City Holdings (Pvt) Ltd like, underground electrification, storm-water drainage and gated community surrounded with parks and green areas. Lake City Holdings (Pvt) Ltd plans to hand over possession of M-6 in next two months, enabling 250 families to start constructing their homes.
