ISLAMABAD (March 18 2009): Ways of improving the defence capabilities and other developmental projects were discussed in the annual meeting of the armed forces held at the Joint Chiefs of Staff Headquarters here on Tuesday.
The meeting was chaired by Defence Minister Ahmed Mukhtar and was attended by Federal Minister for Defence Production Abdul Qayyum Khan Jatoi, Advisor on Finance Shaukat Tarin, Chairman Joint Chiefs and senior officials of all the three armed forces. Assessment of requirements and self-sufficiency in defence production came under discussion at the meeting.-PR
