ISLAMABAD: Ministry of Labour, Manpower and Overseas Pakistanis would export trained and skilled manpower to the Gulf countries. In this regard, the Overseas Employment Corporation (OEC) Labour and Manpower Ministry has invited the applications for a Korean company engaged in the Gulf Region, an official said here on Thursday.

The official said the company urgently required the services of engineering and technical staff including civil engineers, architect engineers, mechanical engineers, legal and claim experts, project engineer (mech), schedules, mechanical engineers, piping engineers, paint insulation, electric engineers, instrument engineers, civil engineers, project engineer and engineers.

The interested candidates have been asked to submit their applications along with copies of educational and experience certificates, latest resume, copy of CNIC, two recent photographs and a bank draft or pay order of Rs500 payable to OEC by July 20, he told APP and added that government and semi-government employees should apply through the proper channel.

Replying to a query, the official advised the general public to avoid unauthorised technical trade centres and private agents who are misleading the people for employment abroad.
