RAWALPINDI: On the directions of Punjab Chief Minister Mian Shahbaz Sharif, the director colleges Rawalpindi, Ulfat Mehmood Janjua, has directed principals of 24 girls colleges to convert grounds of their colleges into ladies parks. According to the sources, these grounds would be opened for women and children after converting into parks. The director colleges has received a notification in this regard to implement the decision and send a report to the CM Secretariat. It has been learnt that in the morning, girl students would use these parks as playgrounds and after closure of the colleges, these would be opened for women and children. Entry of males into these parks would be strictly banned and new administration and guards would be appointed. The administrations of most of the colleges have expressed their reservations about the decision, said the sources. online
