Sindh Government Approves Resumption Of Work On Malir Express Project
Karachi: The Sindh Environmental Protection Court on Saturday gave the state government and other relevant authorities permission to resume development work on the Maril highway, according to news reports.
The Oversight Board monitors the progress of the project and has been approved by the arbitral tribunal to meet more than 20 conditions set by it. His three-member tribunal, led by retired judge Nisar Ahmed Shaikh, delivered the verdict. An appeal against the release of the environmental impact assessment (EIA) for his Malir highway project by the Sindh Environmental Protection Authority (SEPA) has been dismissed by the court.
