LAHORE: The Lahore Development Authority (LDA) has announced that the 4th ballot for the allocation of plot numbers in the LDA City housing project will take place on February 28th.

LDA has also informed citizens that the land acquisition process has been expedited in the Jinnah Sector and that PKR 1.5 billion has been allocated for it.
In order to participate in the ballot, file holders must submit their exemption letter to the LDA office before February 20th.

Landowners who wish to participate in the project must surrender their land to the LDA before January 25th.
Those who do not submit their exemption letter or do not have their land transferred will be excluded from the balloting.
Citizens who wish to acquire plot files directly from landowners should check that the Entitlement Letter issued by LDA is in the landowner’s name and that the file has been processed for the issuance of the LDA confirmation letter.
