Its located on main Bedian Road Lahore across Hudaira driana adjacent to Defense Housing authority DHA Lahore phase 7. Just a few minutes drive from phase 6 7 where all top class education, commercial facility are available & Lahore airport is just 10 to 12 minutes away.

All facilities like Electricity, Sui Gas, Sewerage, Water Supply, Shopping Mall, Health Facilities etc are available currently in this society for a clean healthy safe living environment for your entire family including kids. Pros: NOC approved, Developed ready to construct, Price still in reach for building a house, Possible merger in future with DHA as DHA 7 five marla files likely to located under this project on Bedian road. Facing DHA 7 on two sides & very very close to DHA Lahore phase 10. Currently looking far better than DHA 7 if wanna build a house today. If can wait two plus years DHA 7 will look better.

Cons: Close to Hudaira Drian and some plots have smell issues. Prices same as DHA 7 for plots close to Hudaira drain so why not buy DHA 7 instead for investment. Some legal issues were there in past like for non-payment of tax to FBR. No effect on holders. Mainly issues were of the management side but now they are mostly solved sorted out.

Lahore Real Estate recommendation. Good for living right away on a low budget house but for the investment we have better options to offer you in the same budget. The project is Qabza groups free safe investment for my expatriate brothers and sisters to be purchased with their hard earned money.
