Doctors asked to use new techniques
RAWALPINDI: Orthopedic Consultant Dr. Khalid Aslam has asked the young doctors to use new techniques and method of treatment so that they could act and perform more professionally and promote the proper way of treatment.
He addressed the monthly orthopedic meeting of Postgraduate Trainees of Holy Family Hospital Rawalpindi (HFH) who presented their cases of bone replacement, reconstruction and fracture placement held at the HFH here on Sunday.
The meeting convened by Associate Professor Dr Riaz Ahmed and was chaired by Orthopedic Consultant of Al-Shifa Hospital Dr. Khalid Aslam and attended by Col M. Saleem and Col. Asad Qureshi of Combined Military Hospital, Dr. Shaheen and Dr. Tayyab of HFH and a number of young doctors from the local hospitals.
The research oriented academic session was held under the auspices of Hilton Pharmaceuticals; the Area Sales Manager of Hilton & Hinovex Rashid Siddique welcomed all the participants and assured every possible assistance for promotion of academic activities. Dr. Iramaghana, Dr. Shafiq Chughtai and Dr. Yasir Pervaiz of HFH gave presentations about the patients who hailed from different localities and had been operated in HFH.
