The Karachi Building Control Authority (KBCA) demolition squad removed different illegal constructions in Nazimabad on Sunday. The authority has prohibited any kind of investments and sale or purchase in illegal project and structures erected in violation of the approved map in Bihar Colony. According to details, the KBCA demolition squad erased RCC columns and walls from third floor of a structure on plot no. 2/5, 3F and demolished the roof of the third floor of a structure at plot 5/17, at 3F, in Liaquatabad and Nazimabad. The authority has also declared that constructions on plot no. 322, Lane B, C Road at Bihar Colony are in violation of the approved map. The KBCA further stated that the sale and publicity campaign of the construction was illegal. The KBCA has also warned people not to invest in the project.
