The Capital Development Authority (CDA) has decided to put forth extra manpower to speed up the completion of Park Enclave housing society.
There was higher demand for plots in the luxury development when the first ballot took place in 2011, but four years later work on the project has yet not completed. The developers have delayed deadline and now the CDA is under increasing pressure to speed up their work.
The higher demand reflects the blueprint for designer living on the outskirts of the federal capital. The high security, gated housing society, a cricket stadium, swimming pools as well as high speed broadband and guaranteed electricity and clean potable water.
