slamabad: The Capital Development Authority (CDA) has devised a vigilance mechanism and monitoring plan to curb encroachment-related issues in the Federal Capital.
Under the monitoring plan, special teams have started patrolling various areas, including those where the authority had already undertaken anti-encroachment drives.
According to a news source, the recently razed I-11 shantytown has also been fenced and special teams have been deployed there to ensure that the encroachers do not erect illegal structures in the area again.
