KARACHI: The development of an overpass at Malir 15 has hit another snag, as Pakistan Railways has not yet issued the no-objection certificate (NOC) to the Karachi Metropolitan Corporation (KMC) to construct one of the ramps at Azeem Pura.
Reportedly, the project should have been completed by December 2014, however, the completion date of the project was extended to June 2015 because of various issues, including encroachments, lack of funds, deteriorating law and order and slow pace of development by contractors.
