CDA acquires 1,500 kanals of land for Sector C-15
The Capital Development Authority (CDA) has acquired 1,500 kanals of land for newly-introduced Sector C-15 and development work in this sector will be started in next month.
Sources said that the possession of land will be taken over under land sharing formula and this is same formula which has been practiced successfully by Defence Housing Authority (DHA). Under this formula, the affectees will be provided houses measuring 500 square feet.
Total area of Sector C-15 is 3,000 kanal and CDA has acquired 1,500 kanals so far and the remaining will be acquired in the first week of February.
