RAWALPINDI: Rawalpindi Cantonment Board (RCB) engineering department has accorded approval to modernize Roomi Park in Sadar Rawalpindi. The swimming pool and gym have already been eliminated from this historical Roomi Park. Its area has already been decreased due to carving of green belt on road site. Project has been evolved to modernize this park at the cost of Rs 10 million. This project includes construction of car parking area, food court and other modern facilities. All the recreational and quality food facilities will be available for the inmates of Sadar and its surrounding areas in this park.
